The landscaping is just beautiful and perfect for my home, but I cannot find a grass with the same vertical interest, blade width and mounding.
and the landscapers were Premier Landscape Contractors based out of Lemont, IL. They have done all the work staged over the past couple of years (both hard and soft scapes).

I would contact a local landscape archtitect for help.
overall pretty fugly, but I like the idea of landscaping around the palm trees - I would add in a lot more color/texture so that it doesn't look so barren.
