Ahmed, the new living space is approximately 23sqm, 26sqm if you include the daybed. The bathroom is 11sqm.
Good for doubling up kitchen storage with living area
small living area graduated into kitchen dining area
good colours.........seating area would be my 'LR". Like the TV facing the room.......I might fit much of this purple wall in cabinets-TV-Fireplace.
Wow, even more colours in the front room. Great place! When can I move in? The blond wood floors provides a nice bland palette for all these colours to shine. Would have looked too dreary
AFTER: The new living room gets plenty of natural light. Additional pendants in the kitchen and wall sconces in the living room project light in interesting ways and add warmth. Lighting: ECC and Ikea; Tranetorp table, Nordmyra chairs: Ikea

We commend our customer for her tasteful selections throughout her new home; one element of which -- the living room rug -- we had the privilege to help
