Where did you get the shelves?
We used wood found on the property to make the shelves. They are simple 12" boards that we cut to fit the wall. We bought simple metal bookshelf supports.

Where did you get the shelves and how are they mounted on the wall?
The shelves were fabricated on site by the trim carpenters. It's pecan wood surrounding heavy-duty brackets that are mounted to the studs.
