The ceiling is sloping and the glass is anchored at the low part of the slope
over flow drain. just a bottom drain. It works best if the drain is on the low side of the room, but the base can be adjusted to drain the tub completely

Put a low back ouch opposite window to not block view
view, take care not to use furniture that creates a visual block. A bench or low daybed is a wonderful choice for seating that maintains a peek outdoors.
