Walk in pantry to store bigger appliances, cookbooks, serving trays, food, etc.
Walk-in pantry. A good spot to store food, appliances, cookbooks, seldom-used platters and fancy china has always been handy to have.
local food bank or soup kitchen. I recommend calling in advance to see what they really need. I also know families who choose to volunteer serving food or washing dishes at a soup kitchen on Thanksgiving, so if that is something you are interested in, why not give it a try this year?

Hi. What are the interior cabinets made of? Plywood? Melamine?
My cabinet maker wants to make mine out of melamine. I fear that it might not be the best option.
They are 3x6 white marble subway tiles.
I would guess 3x6 white glass tile but I can't be sure. Let us know if we can help get you a few samples for comparison. ...
The island with the marble top is 5 1/2' wide by 10' long. The butcher block is an additional 2' deep.

how tall is your island 34" ? how wide? did you have to use several panels? if so can you notice where the division is? Mine would be like 142" long and 34 " tall
