I'm not the designer but if you zoom in, it looks like eye hooks you can buy quite inexpensively at any hardware store. You just have to make sure they are
behind the drywall or they won't take the weight of a curtain without possibly damaging the drywall. Curtain needs grommets. Then you simply lace a decorative twine (maybe $100 cotton, also inexpensive. Can be purchased by the yard at a fabric store) between the eye hooks and the grommets of the curtain/sheer
