How much privacy these shade give?
to tell, as they can with paper shades and unlined curtains--that someone is inside and the lights are on. We also offer an option that allows you to switch between the light transmission of solar shades and absolute blackout. amy@deliashades.com
Do these shades offer privacy at night?
All solar shades are opaque from the outside looking in during the daytime. At night, they can be either translucent (showing light but not details) or virtually opaque depending on the density of the weave you select. We manufacture in three degrees of open weave: 14 percent (lovely and open and airy)

wall...make neat - like a leaf or something..
like these sheer roman shades. Not pleated
This picture shows how Roman shades work. They can be elegant or traditional or whatever decor you wnat. They would have to be custom made.
the particular kind of shades are pretty and casual
gentle folds. Sounds good, doesn’t it? But it’s actually quite a trick to raise and lower one of these shades without struggling over the folds. If you like this look, consider making the shades stationary rather than operable.
Roman shades and bay windows go together as naturally as chocolate and strawberries. Shades can be made from almost any fabric and come in a variety of styles. But realize that some Romans are better than others if you want an operable shade (one that lowers to cover your window)
