What is the material on the island countertop?
The wall material is painted shiplap and is made of wood.
Horizontal paneling with reveal btw boards. Reveal creates a more uniform / refined appearance. This material will probably be more expensive than std boards.

At the time, they were called St. Cecilia granite, but I am sure this material is long gone or that the grain and color would be different if it is available, but that is the name.

What kind of material and the name of the dark gray tile?
Will you please share the material used for the upper and lower portions of this shower? Is the lower Azul Limestone by chance? Thanks

the white tile is Calcutta Gold marble and I'm having trouble remembering the name or finding the order for the darker tile at the moment but it is from Materials Marketing
floor. Many people choose a durable porcelain tile to complement marble (like in this photo) for this very reason. Marble is easily etched by acidic materials, such as lemon and certain cleaning products. If you want to use marble in your bathroom, I suggest testing lotions and other bath supplies on samples

The tile goes up about 5' on the left wall. I would suggest that whenever you are remodeling in a smaller space use light colored material.

I guess the architects don't want to answer your questions about materials. So many of you are asking about the fireplace veneer and I notice that there's no answer. I guess it's proprietary.
