I found the bed at an antique dealer in London. It was "newly" constructed in the 19th century from 15th century ceiling panels.
1. Ceiling - Venetian plaster Bed - made from 15th century ceiling tiles
Texture on ceiling with led can lights Plus the bed is a definite statement piece and the master needs a big bed in it to fill the space. Don't know if I like this one a lot but the height
thinking the bed frame looks like something from the Renaissance — you'd be right. This one-of-a-kind bed was made in the 1800s using wood panels from the mid-1400s.
