Love it! I would love to see a development that has this kind of feel. It seems to be playing on mid-century design with a modern twist. There were a bunch of mid-century homes that were so cool like this. Maybe not for Incline Heights because St Elmo is so drenched in 20's-40's bung
bungalow/craftsmans, I think we need to keep it close to the vest and keep that era in mind... but if we had an opportunity to create a Mid-Century Heights (lol) in an area like Stuart Heights/Red Bank/or even Brainerd, that would be cool. i don't tho
