The Salsa House
Demyanovich built the kitchen countertops, using miter joints and herringbone detailing at the corners to make them stand out. The wood floors are salvaged from a house torn down in 1999. Delene applied a water-based stain and revealed the grain with a bit of rubbing for a worn-in look.

Ventana Construction LLC
A remodel of the main floor of a Tudor-style brick home in Seattle. Where an '80s kitchen with laminate counters once stood, a new custom kitchen with mahogany cabinets, granite and soapstone backsplash now comfortable fits in this traditional home.

floor that we patch/matched in the areas needed. The stain/finish is a custom mix in order to match the existing. Same goes for all the trim in the kitchen, it’s white oak trim with a custom stain/finish to match.
If you had a partial turret in your kitchen, this would be a lovely way to utilize that space.
