It is more common to do a return wall on the end of the shower to block splash, but we were looking for a more open feel”

How you clean it depends on the type of grout and sealer you use. See the manufacturers recommendations. I would recommend looking into the new types of grout that do not require sealing”

“these floors look a lot like my floors which are wide plank oak. I mixed red and white oak but I have to say I prefer the white oak (there wasn't enough white oak available at the mill when I did mine). White oak takes on this warm brown tone a lot better than red oak. The finish looks like Rubio”
