The manufacturer of the sofa is Flexform, an Italian furniture manufacturer. Their furniture is not only beautiful, but super comfortable. Their website is flexform.it.
This ceiling detail was designed by us & fabricated by a local millwork shop, Ray Bird Design.

I like the flanking bookshelves, the crisp white color and the layout of the furniture. I wouldn't go so mod, but overall, this is a very nice room.
I love this design for my narrow niche.
opt for ready made furniture flanking it is not necessary to go right to the ceiling.
I don't like the trim, but I like the fireplace and the floor color. I don't like the furniture either.

Where did the beautiful bedroom furniture come from?
actually planks that fit together and were attached to the ceiling. I am guessing in this case it's a more modern house and the simpler product was used.
