Initial estimates put the production at about on third of the homes requirements, but it has actually been producing closer to half. Also on the roof are 2 solar thermal panels which provide a majority of the domestic hot water for the home.

reasonable price at Home Goods. home Goods is usually attached to TJ Maxx or Marshall's stores. You could also find it at TJ Maxx or Marshall's themselves. Not the same but here's a pic of one I found.

These are the Wishbone chairs from Room and Board. I don't think they carry them anymore. They only had them in a few finishes and these chairs come in quite a few wonderful colors only available through designer sourcing.
