I love this room--so cozy! Can you please tell me what type of wall paneling was used?
the mostly white colored walls, but I do like the way the accent colors were used. Its a bright cheerful "grandchild" room.
cool idea to just do a bit of a room
How wonderful to incorporate pink into a kid's room without it screaming "girl!"? A few coats above the bed adds interest but maintains the mainly unisex feel of the room. So did Pantone get it right? Share your predictions for the top colors of 2011 in the comments below. More: Think Pink Haute

Todo Play room debe tener espacio para estudiar
Good idea for a study room cum entertainment centre
This is a basic kids study area. Could add a little glare to make it a small play area as well.
pass-through space. Filling a long empty wall with an extra-long desk makes the space look more complete — and much more functional. Even a hall may have room for a long desk, provided the piece is not too deep and you choose chairs or stools that you can tuck completely underneath when not in use.

the white opens up the room and how the window is right nex to the desk. The only thing I would chage would be open up half the wall where the desk and bed meet
kids study ideas in the attic
I love that work space and rest space is separated but in the same room
Off an upstairs kids' hangout, this space was gutted and turned into a cozy study for the kids. "I made an extra-large windowseat so that more than one child could lounge at once," says Hallberg. Designer tip: Use an indoor-outdoor fabric in children's rooms to stand up to wear and tear.

shelves for Gianas room or play room.
Nice for Bean's room she wanted a shelf like in the blue room at mermaid.
Display children's artwork, favorite books, trophies and other fun décor on floating shelves in their rooms. I use floating shelves in my childs' bedroom to hold all the little arts and crafts she creates. This will help keep the dressers and nightstands
