How did you handle the spacing in between the plywood sheets
Since plywood will expand, I'm assuming you left 1/8th of an inch in between the sheets? If so, what did you 'fill' that spacing with if anything? Thanks!

Personally, I start with the space itself, and
etc - that leaves me a space in the center to work within... ...then I consider entrances and exits from the room and allow for pathways in between. Then I consider the size of cabinetry and function of an island - I prefer not to go deeper than 4' since there would be wasted space between the backs of

Your tables should be 12-18" in front of the sofa for leg clearance. These small square cubes fit in a space with a small foot print.
Know when to upgrade. Whether you rent or own your space, what you start with may not be what you want to live with forevermore. There will come a time when the hand-me-downs, mystery furniture and yes, the broken down, will need to be replaced. What one partner feels is
