The modern custom cabinets and the 1-1/2" thick solid glass countertop adds a hint of excitement to the home.
you order it from a glass cutter? How thick is it? Any other info about the glass top would be appreciated.
Please tell us how the glass counter top holds up
The glass countertop is from ThinkGlass. Available in different thickness but 1.5" minimum for glass counters. This is not laminated glass so no glass cutter can make this, you need a big oven to be able to do this type of glass since the glass layers are fused together.
The design is still young and current!" - D.A., first client for a glass countertop
Thank you Peg. I want to look at all options to the usual kitchen countertop suspects and want to include glass and steel. This and other glass countertops I am seeing here are beautiful.
