rail. I went with the most inexpensive fencing that was pool code compliant, because I always intended in hiding the fence with a evergreen (boxwoods in my case) hedge. I wanted more of a garden feel. this pick is probably 7+ years old, the boxwoods are fulling grown in and at the height of the fencing.
