three-pendant light fixture with beautiful red pendant shades for over my island. Then, I bought a matching single pendant light for over my kitchen table and above my sink. I am not sure that it is enough of a light fixture for above my kitchen table and now I don't know how to match the island pendants

floors to prevent cupping? Or was the decision based on the look? I think they look great btw. I think engineered wood floors are a great product but my clients here in Atlanta are a little reluctant stating they want "real" wood floors.

some color. I took the same marble and made borders for under my hood and put a basket weave inside. My husband did t want everything sterile and white so that is how i came up with my idea. Painters are starting today with the inside of my house. Will see how it all comes out.

everywhere. Does that make sense? So the way I ended up with deciding white everywhere was that i wanted marble, but wanted a more practical material on my island so that i could work off it and not worry. When I saw the picture on here (you commented on it too) the one with the black marble island top

I want to order these pendants but am stumped about the color and fabric for the shade. My dining room has french doors to the patio across one wall, the others are painted Sherwin Williams Restrained Gold. I have a dark mahogany table and
seats covered in a heavy fabric print with shades of red, gold and olive. I have an antique French buffet that has a marble top in those same colors. My ceiling is very much like the one shown, but I am thinking about having the ceiling recesses done in venetian plaster, with white paint for the beams
comfort first....width? not critical, we're both thin. glide vs. swivel, not critical although the glide on the "Adele" is too aggressive, my friend scraped her ankles when getting out of it! We tried that one at the local store. I like the look of "Silas" the best, and 'Claremont" second

Love the tile, I was going to use the same product on my wood constructed stairs and in the hallway but I heard that this stone is very soft and no good for stairs and heavy traffic. Please advise.
