That said this casing and plinth block profile should be fairly easy to source in new material. Here in San Francisco, SF Victoriana has profile #14-19 which is very similar ... you local lumberyard (probably not Home Depot) should have something equivalent.

I am not sure what this color brand is but i have the same color on my entire house and it's Behr Premium from the Home Depot. It's lovely in every room, lovely under all lighting . See pic, ignore the after Xmas mess...:).
