Sweeney Lake House
Hi there. So my husband and I are building our home and have a concrete slab for the bottom floor. This is the exact color I was thinking. I wanted a whitish beige color. I feel like all the gray concrete floors I see make the modern homes seem too cold. How did you achieve this color concrete
Are these concrete floors? Is so, New Construction? What color and process was used?
Troweled refers to how they place new concrete. You can't trowel existing hard concrete, unless you put a topping layer over it. You can grind or polish existing concrete.
When you say "troweled" can you tell me the product name? Does the concrete have to be new to use or can it be applied on older
I really like the monolithic shape of the sink and countertop. Great design! Is it made of quartz? If so, which one? Thanks!

Beverly Hills Ground Up Home - Exterior
Hello, This is beautiful! would you be willing to post a head on view of the home picture? I was trying to understand what the front looked like. Also, do you recall what size lot this home was built on? Thank you very
My wife and I love this house, excellent work! We are building a home and start the stone work soon. We thought we found something similar but I'm not sure. Could you tell us the name of the stone? Thanks!
These were designed custom for the project. The window and door manufacturer for this home was Millworks, Etc, Inc.: .... Hope that helps!

We just painted similar colors. The home is older and I used a satin exterior white for the trim and windows to mask some of the wood damage. Now I'm wondering if I should have gone semi gloss

lights in this master bedroom provide plenty of light without interfering with the home's original construction. The room's ceiling required a new structural beam for support. Like the rest of the additions to the home, it's unapologetically modern.

Hi Scott, this is what we would call a timber plank siding, designed to look like an old square log cabin. It is a new product, hand hewn, made to look old. We then applied a Sikkens Cetol product in dark oak color. Typically if we are working with reclaimed
This home has a Sikkens Cetol (3 coat) product in Dark Oak color. Best of luck!!

Terrace, pergola and living space in the rear of the home during evening hours.
Ironically, of all the projects I/we have designed and built, I'm amazed and flattered by how much attention my personal residence has received. Our home is a Williamsburg (3/4 scale) reproduction of the George Wythe home. I love the formal and traditional line, but I'm not a formal
up the spaces throughout my home and property to reflect me and our lifestyle. The house originally had white trim and a black door. We needed to do an addition, I also renovated the entire home and yard, so what you are looking at is exactly that off the back of our home. We needed to expand our kitchen
I'm always emphasizing to my clients to feel comfortable in introducing color, so I decided to walk my talk and paint my home these colors. The deep red represents the brick on my home and the two shades of green represent the manicured lawn and meadows around our property. I carried that color pallet

The cool shutter designs. Could be adaptable to various situations.
7. Control it yourself There is no need for static screening. Bring the facade of your home alive with operable panels. Close the panels when the weather doesn’t suit you, or open them to allow in fresh air and sunlight.
I really like this idea for down the side of Donvale outside the kitchen. Giving us privacy and not looking directly onto the old peoples home next door. Maybe even do a garden on the corner of the terrace as well.

Though he was limited with what he could do to the facade, he used soft paint colors, installed a new wood railing and restored the original wood siding to earn the home newfound street cred.
