How do you prevent the glass tile from breaking when drilling holes for the hardware?
through the grout lines so the tile doesn't crack. They also use diamond drill bits if needed.

Can I drill marbel to fix brackets?
of the half wall is finished by marble and I am not sure if it is safe to drill it to fix the brackets. Kindly please your suggestion.

capped with 3/4 Ipe' . Each pipe is individual and rests in holes that were drilled in the ipe' capping. Very time consiuming to say the least! :)
Do you have to caulk around the holes you have drilled to prevent moist getting trapped in the holes?
a pressure treated 4x4 that is capped with ipe' 1x6 trim. The ipe' is drilled to receive each stainless steel pipe rail.
