This entire property is amazing, but clearly the levered window is the defining element. Beautiful. Do you have any photos of the mechanism for opening the window? I'm curious to see how that works. Also, would you mind sharing who fabricated the parts for that?

view from dining area to veranda to stairs to 2nd floor

From inside it's apparent that the other side of the living-dining area also features sliding glass walls. Such large openings mean cross ventilation is easily accomplished.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping to find a remodel that actually opened up a flat ceiling to make a cathedral ceiling. I'll keep looking.
