Navy blue is not as serious as black so people feel more comfortable using it to make a statement. Try a monochromatic color scheme in a living room or dining room. A monochromatic color scheme

Our records indicate that it is Homestead Green by Sherwin Williams.
The paint color for our master bedroom
Modest bedrooms. There are three master suites on the first floor plus a powder room, so no one has to have people tromping through their bedroom to get to a bathroom. More horizontal butt boards add to the cozy factor, and all of these bedrooms are modestly sized.

We are contemplating putting marble like this in our foyer, but our contractor thinks we should put porcelain tile. I assume this is marble, but am not sure. Please let me know. Thank you, Windy
It's just so lovely. It just seems to me that when people walk into this home they are blown away by the beauty of this foyer.

I think what you did with this house is great. We used galvalum on our roof. People aren't used to metal roofs where I'm at in Eastern Nebraska. I'd like to show you a couple of links of lights that would show this place off
What can you tell me about the pros and cons of using Barnwood as siding? I love the look but what to make sure it is appropriate for our region. We live in central Oklahoma and probably have more humidity and bugs than in the Western states where I see this used more often. Any info
This place is set but we are interested in incorporating several things that were used in this house for our own house which is certainly in need of site lighting. Thanks!

What I like about this is the obvious attention to comfort and places for people to hang out. I like that even though
Would love to do this on our deck.
Note how you see the fireplace from front of the house. Could center ours and level and expand pergula site. Love the ceiling

Love the brown color on walls.... Possible in our dining room with chair railing
Cristi went for a dark color in this dining room because the room is so filled with natural light. "People think dark colors will make rooms look closed in, but that's just a myth," she says.
