Large blocked out areas for Trees. We will want a tree or two in the backyard in addition to other vegetation. Check out the very cool water
breaks the space in half and has two large doors to open the area up. Like that there is more "wall" between the windows than our existing window wall - would like the wall to be white and not natural in our case though.
A lot to like - I like the use of rusted metal beams. I like the courtyard feeling wtht a lot of different materials - stone, transparent plexiglass, bark. I really like the in and out openness - all glassretracts in to create a very inviting feel.

builder just took out the back of the closet for a pantry. I'm thinking we should leave it a hallway into back room. What are the dimensions, width of the hallway? Do the side of the staircase jet out into the hallway??

Thank you, the wood doors in this home turned out beautifully, enhanced with white trim! They are a Fir 5 panel shaker door with custom stain from Timbertown in Canmore but many suppliers carry this style of door.
