Foundation repair. If your foundation is in trouble, so is the rest of your house. Wall cracks, sagging ceilings or floors, lopsided doorways and other red flags add up to one solution: a call to a foundation contractor. It's worth investing in professional help to ensure your house remains on sure footing

(rough side) siding and trim were painted to match. There is no fiber cement on the exterior, all cedar. Please let me know if you have any questions. I can email you more photos if you like. Michael

There is a wood encased post on the 2nd level underneath the patio, and a wood encased beam running perpendicular to that, but no exposed steel. Hope that helps, and good luck with your home! :)
and the wood is cedar. We bought small sample pots of a few colours to test on a piece of cedar before we made a final selection, which was hugely helpful. Good luck with your project!
