Hello, I'm currently redesigning my house and contemplating either ipe flooring or guajuvira. Ipe is very nice but guajuvira is new and modern. I don't know what to choose. Should info safe and choose ipe? I'm thinking about resale value as guajuvira is very bold while ipe is
