Back splash and floor for laundry room
cool floor, may be hard on legs while standing
Along with the brick backsplash, this flooring choice gives this kitchen and laundry room a rustic, comfortable feel. Legs and feet can get tired standing on a tile floor for a prolonged period of time, so keep that in mind when choosing this type of flooring. Also, this randomly scattered slate tile

wondering if I can make pinewood floors that look like this. So the question is what type/grade are the pine floors in this picture. Thank you!
what is the name of the clear seal used on the pine floor?
We are trying to decide what to finish our new pine floors in. Thanks
Does anyone know what the floor is?
I agree. If you want a SYP floor it would be much cheaper (money & time) to just buy it instead of milling, drying, processing, flooring. I've worked in all parts of the industry and am speaking from experience.
These floors are southern yellow pine. As a design-build firm
less than a very large quantity of trees. It is important to have the wood properly dried to avoid movement, warping, and gaps showing up in your floors, this could also affect your construction schedule depending on the timing of your project. Good Luck!
