We would love to have mesh doors on cabinets that house stereo components that need to "breathe" and accept remote communication. Our cabinet maker may not have this in his line he works with. Can you please let me know where you got them? Many thanks
Hello, Elaine! Perforated metal panels would be a great way to let your stereo equipment "breathe" within your cabinets, and to allow remotes to operate without opening the doors. These cabinets were made here in Portland by Versatile Wood Products
Products. Check out their fantastic work here: .... They installed perforated metal panels, painted to match the cabinets, in lieu of the usual wood or glass panels. For the metal, we like McNichols: .... They have quite a variety of patterns and also have wire mesh options.

gned mechanical closet door using laser-cut steel
Gorgeous use of natural white and reds. Love the patterned metal door.
How would you go about getting a door with laser cut steel as is used for this mechanical room?
I love the door and have the exact same issue. This would be a great solution.
Our contractor assembled the door, using our typical door frame, but inserting a custom perforated aluminum sheet that we purchased from a local supplier.
do you know who manufactures the perforated aluminum? I didn't see it on the McNichols website, which is the most commonly referenced supplier. I love the alternating pattern!
love the metal work on the door to the left of photo. exquisite.
