siding with accented trim around the windows and outside corner boards. We added a porch and designed a pergola as an architectural focal point to the front of the home. A new stone façade with built in flower boxes was included to further increase the curb appeal. We used stamped concrete on the porch
floor plan with an elegant kitchen. Functionality was achieved by bumping out the garage and adding a mud room/walk-in pantry into the rear garage space & converting the tiny ¾ master bath into a full elegant master bath.
The exterior was rejuvenated from tired to alive by residing the home with James Hardie
façade. The pergola posts were painted to match the trim on the home. New landscaping added the final touch to this magnificent renovation.
The project’s goal was achieved by listening to our clients, creative use of space, and attention to detail.

treat it with anything, but allowed the elements to "gray out" with exposure to the weather. Most wood will do this.

match with almost any shade of Arizona sandstone, or as a contrast to a darker stone such as Connecticut Bluestone, as here. One caution: because the pebbles are smooth like jellybeans, they will slip a bit underfoot and may not be as stable as you might like for a well traveled pathway. A more angular
