I now want to expand this in to our dining room. Can you share with me the manufacturer and also the dimension of the seat area. I love the rubber tips on the chairs to make them "quiet" instead of scraping noises when moved about.

LHD 62 is 15" off the floor to the bottom trim. Technically, we do not have a mantle. The display shelf is 9' from the floor. I used the LHD 50 in my TipTopHaus. That project has been posted on my page. Hope that helped! Good luck on your project!
