Avalon Interiors I have never used/installed on demand water heating except for outdoor showers. For this bathroom the tub has a heated backrest helping to retain the water temperature,you may want a similar feature. Deep soaking tubs are always a challenge so try looking for one that appears visually to be deep from the exterior but the interior is more shallow. This will save on water consumption, likely be more comfortable to lie in and use less hot water. Failing that, on demand heating is your best option.

The bathroom sink. A small vessel sink on a large counter like this could get a bit lost, but this one doesn't because of its attention-grabbing copper.
Speaking of sinks and plumbing, when I asked my plumber why it was so important to have copper pipes, he said, "Copper is proper!" Over the years almost every material that people have used in place of it in plumbing and electric work has had to be replaced, he said. Only the soldered joints of copper have proved able to stand the test of time.
