Deborah French Designs Thank you. The columns are very special as they are the original, structural cast iron columns of the building which run through all the floors. So the color is the old cast iron over which I put a little bit of brown and turquoise paint, sponged lightly, to smooth over the surface which I had stripped of 100+ years of paint! This is an old, landmarked loft building in downtown New York City, built in the mid 1800's.

Deborah French Designs They're an old gate from India which I purchased from a local antique store in NYC, called Jacques Carcanagues. Sadly they're closing their business soon, but for now you can see what they have on 1st Dibs.

Deborah French Designs I found the covers at a small Moroccan store that used to be in the Chelsea Market in NYC and had them filled by my upholsterer.

Deborah French Designs I found it. It's an old Moroccan window which I put a piece of glass into and created the table. It's really one of a kind. But if you're handy or know someone who is you might be able to make something similar with an old window. This one has beautiful metal scroll work under the glass, which was part of the window.
