Mike Smith / Artistic Kitchens All of the cabinetry you see in my designs are hand-made by my crew in the cabinet shop.. so, this island is actually constructed in one piece. Like furniture :)
But, I believe it ends up about 23 1/4" to the bottom edge of the granite shelf…
The granite is roughly 1 1/4" (3 cm) thick and the farm sink is about ten inches tall..
FWIW, it is a good idea to have the sink in hand before building the cabinet, as they are also hand-made, and vary a bit in height..
