Designing Solutions They are custom through my design firm. They swivel, but they do not spin. And believe me, if you have kids, you do NOT want spinning chairs!

Designing Solutions Before we installed the new tile, my electrician ran all the wiring. Behind the TV is an access panel for electrical and cable. We left the panel area un-tiled for easy access to all things electrical.

Designing Solutions The swivel chairs are from my "Slobproof!" furniture collection - they're the "Cole House Swivel" chairs We're not using leather anymore, but we do have many gorgeous fabrics to select from.

Now this is daring but it really does the trick in creating focal point and not gaudy or loud. Very tasteful, contemporary, and family oriented. Perhaps best suited for family room rather than living room. Still, I really really like!
