Michael Richman Aren't those great! I did this kitchen in collaboration with DeGiulio Kitchens and we installed them in my client's home over 10 years ago. We recently removed them as we are redesigning the entire apartment and moving and expanding the kitchen in another area of the apartment. These cabinet fronts are rift white oak and were made by Siematic although its possible to make them through a custom millworker.

Not putting wall cabinets round the hood created a dramatic focal point of the room. The little storage lost can easily be recovered with roll outs in the tall cabinets.
