Rebekah Zaveloff Are you referring to the top of the island? If so, I think it's walnut wood... Looks like an oiled finish.

mymy_forgetmenot Thank you for your reply. Actually I was referring to the bench-tops. I am fairly new to this, so excuse me if I seem silly. Could they be made of granite?
