Christi Jackson It looks like it is pretty easy to replicate. As for the storage bed, you can find awesome free bed plans at ana-white.com. search for storage platform bed.(this site has so many free plans that are pretty easy to follow, even for a beginner)As for the wall panels, it looks like simple framing that will require small studs to be drilled or nailed to the wall. Use bead board paneling with the angle you need. finish it off with molding. A cute window can be done doing a square instead of a circle since it would be easier. I am about to do this in my daughters room in the next few weeks. she is really excited for us to get started.

Ben Dial It is a regular twin size mattress, it was a custom design to fit the space. There is another just like it on the other side of the room.
