Margery I love wisteria but the grape will work for my new pergola. Grapes need a lot of water and take about 3 years to produce fruit but worth the wait! There is a great article in Houzz, "How to Start a Home Vinyard" that is quite informative!
This outdoor space could be a page right out of a book on medieval Renaissance gardens. Walkways lined with vine-covered pergolas were very common in these types of outdoor areas, and they provide gorgeous inspiration for our gardens, too!
