Cole Design Studio, LLC It is an oversized 2 car garage w/ golf cart area. Guest suite above is probably in the 500 SF range.

Cole Design Studio, LLC These are standard overhead garage doors made to look like barn doors. they are 7' high and 9' wide which is a typical size door. Thanks for the question.
