Smith & Vansant Architects PC Hello,
I can tell you that the sconces in the kitchen were a bit of an affair - Special order for using the Cotswald Manor Arm instead of the Classical, taking 7 weeks from deposit, and there was an extra engineering fee. They are the "President's Sconce" from Brass Light Gallery, model #X-CN-202-A4-BN-A161 (X = use Cotswald Manor Arm instead of Classical), Brushed Nickel Finish, (1) 150watt bulb, Shade is #A161 (English Bell Shade in Opal Satine, 2 1/4" fitter), Sourced from the Lighting House in Shelborne, VT (Contact Peter Bay 800-649-2204).
The pendants are from Brass Light Gallery - item # VP-103-03M-BN (brushed nickel finish with an overall height of 37 inches.
You will need to contact each source to find out about your finish question.
Hope that helps!

Smith & Vansant Architects PC Hello,
If you are referring to the floor tiles those are Original Style tiles imported from Devon, England. There are numerous sizes with 2mm grout spacing. We were able to use cadd software to design the pattern and provide guidance to the installer.
Hope that helps!
Is it OK to center the sink under the 1st of 3 equal size windows? - I have a similar L shape layout with 3 equail windows on one wall. The sink will be centered under the first window to keep the work triangle at 23' the other wall will have the range & fridge. Is it necessary to have the sink under the middle window? If I center the sink under the middle window it enlarges my triangle to 30'. »

I love the amount of work space this layout affords. It also looks like multiple lanes of traffic, so would make it possible for multiple pple to work at once w/o getting in each other's way. Also, love the windows, of course.
