Ah, the Eames chair and ottoman, one of my favorite silhouettes. This room is so gorgeous in its midcentury simplicity, with a focus on clean lines, natural materials and an amazing view. The Eames set fits so perfectly.
Perfect corner filler, whether the piano actually gets played or not. Though an upright should never be placed on an outside wall, especially in extreme climates, this grand piano sits gracefully on its own, standing out while STAYING out of the way and of harsh temperatures.
An example of how the chair and ottoman stylishly add elegance and shape to this expansive room, blending well into the contours that the piano and other sparse but deliberate pieces exhibit. This is fifties redone, and redone well.
