david phillips . The entertainment center was built by Fauller Woodworking, located in Metro-West Boston. They are the custom millwork shop which produced the drawings and constructed the wall unit. I do not have the drawings of information on file for the wall unit, to to answer your question.
The information related to the room may help. The space between the French doors is 8'-0". The overall ceiling height for the room is 11'-0". The soffit height is 10'-0" and 2'-0" deep.
You can contact them directly on the information related to the size of the monitor and additional information of the custom wall unit. This photograph is from the family room of newton residence -2. The home page for Matt is faullerwoodworking.com

david phillips I would like to be able to provide the information / specifications for the window treatment of this residence completed in 2008, however, I was not part to the discussion on the product selection.
As you can view in the photograph, the window treatment is a woven fabric with a horizontal valance to hide the top part of the roller mechanism. The owner's decorator was the individual to provide and install the window shades. I have check my records and no longer have her contact information.
My suggestion is to present this photograph to your decorator, for their review and comments. I would believe once they view the photograph the decorator will be able to assist you in the product selection.
david phillips The photographs were taken, pretty much just prior to full occupancy of this home.
The client wanted to wait before their artwork was installed.
The "artwork" was set along the each wall the owner desired to have the piece installed.
The want time to confirm the locations of each piece, before installation.
In this photograph, the wall surface is a textured grass cloth, so they wanted to be sure of the location.
In this photograph, "the plants" are either out of site, for photography, of located on the coffee table.
The "books" were moved for the photography, and soon went back the areas not shown.
The owners, at this point of time, have "artwork", "books", and "plants" within this family room.
All in all, now that the owners have been in the house over two years, it appears "lived-in"......
david phillips This entertainment cabinet was built by Matt Fauller. I would think it best to contact Matt to discuss the overall cost at matt@faullerwoodworking.com. Matt's link to his web site is www.faullerwoodworking.com. I hope you will find your answers through Matt.
david phillips Although this entertainment cabinet was custom built by Matt Fualler, incorporating fluted pilasters, dentil moulding, along with ornate corbels, the specific style in simple terms would be named the traditional, with embellishments of character. You may desire to discuss the elements directly with Matt at http://faullerwoodworking.com

david phillips Although the blinds "roll down" from behind the top valance, I do not have the brand or material. The project is over three years old, and I do not maintain records of materials for that length of time.
Pilasters often include an architrave, the term for the piece that sits just above the capital. In this entertainment center, the architrave is the base of the bookshelf above the TV cabinet.

Like the interplay of the warm woven shade materials with wood TV built-in and the coffered ceiling. Again, the neutral fabrics with the mahogany legs and chair frames add beautiful traditional elements.
