Love the blue! Why did you paint the uppers vs. the lower cabinets blue? - I seriously love blue and would love to do this but nervous about the color. It looks like you did a neutral backsplash except for the top line above the white cabinets? THANK YOU!! »
Lulu Designs The blue visually calms the length of the kitchen down and brings your eye up to the volume instead. I thought it was a nice way to really accentuate the builder standard carpentry rather than them remaining the boring old dark stain. It gives a lot of character and charm instantly too!
Lulu Designs Thank you so much for the inquiry. I always use Sherwin Williams paint colors. I used the Commodore Navy for the upper cabinetry and the Greige for the lower cabinetry
Love the bar stools. Love the blue color accent wall, but I wouldn't paint my cabinets that bold. If anything I would maybe paint my island bold, but not the cabinets. HATE THE SWIRL BACK SPLASH.
Wow! This is very different, and although I'm not a huge blue fan I am intrigued with the types of blues used here. Especially the pendant lamps. There are so many fun ideas in this space!
