PaintColorHelp.com Dallas Sherwin Williams actually has some good grays, such as these in the 7000 part of the palette... but unfortunately they removed these colors from the regular chip display and grouped them as bitty pieces on one brochure. So the average customer may not even notice them and if they do, they can't see a big enough piece to get a feel for the color.
