Kelly Porter This appears to be a glaze or stain, similar to Island Coral 3107 by Sherwin Williams.

Smith & Vansant Architects PC It is a decorative paint finish which rubs off some of the top coat to give it a distressed look. The color is Baked Clay #35 from Benjamin Moore.
