This whole house renovation done by Harry Braswell Inc. used Virginia Kitchen's design services (Erin Hoopes) and materials for the bathrooms, laundry and kitchens. The custom millwork was done to replicate the look of the cabinetry in the open concept family room. This completely custom renovation was eco-friend and is obtaining leed certification. Backsplash - I love this backsplash but what color grout did you use with it? Thank you so much! »
Erin Hoopes This is actually a quartzite - a natural quartz material. The color is Princess White although different suppliers will use their own names for the product. Cost wise it is a higher price point that granite but a good option for someone looking for a more contemporary take on marble without as much upkeep.
Hope that helps!
Sink - What is the manufacturer of apron sink? Please advise at your earliest convenience as I would love to purchase and need to provide dimensions to proceed w/ custom cabinets. Thank you! »
ideamachine HI, So thats 15" in height for the uppers and 27" in height for the bottom of the stacked ? Do you know how wide for both? Also do you have the height to the celing from the floor? THANKS!!!
Erin Hoopes The cabinets are 15" wide which with inset doorstyle (depending on the cabinet line) means the doors themselves are 12" in width. The is also true in terms of the height - you have to take 42" and deduct the number of rails at (1 1/2") to get the door height. Your designer would work with you to acheive a proportional look based on your layout.
