360 Yardware It was likely a custom fabrication--the horizontal pieces mimic the fencing to the right. You can probably find a fabricator in your area who could make one for you. It looks like it has a metal frame inside with the horizontal clad on the outside. If you (or your installer) would be adding the wood members after the fact, be sure you choose what fasteners you'll use, and communicate that to the fabricator, so they can tap the holes in the metal frame for you.
