Anne DeCocco I think you could get that shade with Ben Moore's Fernwood Green/2145-40 or, if a bit more yellow undertone is needed, look at Dill Pickle/2147-40. Both are gorgeous colors.

Paul Anater The backsplash appears to be a French limestone or a Crema Marfil mable. A good tile store can help you find either.
