roseglow3 Yes, these are sold at Pottery Barn but it was a nightmare for me to try to purchase them in Vintage Honey color...They sent me from store to store until a kind clerk said they had to be ordered. Ordered and paid for the 26 inch style and they delivered the 31 inch stools...Took over 2 months in pick ups and deliveries but in the end these were the best quality of the Tibetan stool type I had seen and they look nice. I will never order from Pottery Barn again, NEVER, EVER
Not a question, but a supporting comment about comfort... - there are many cheaper versions of this stool, but I have found that only Pottery Barn's has the footrest bar that is planed to be comfortable all night long even with bare feet! »
like this type of stool/chair for under the island. the island isn't very grand, so the chairs need to be smaller yet stylish and practical. deep brown...not black
Have I mentioned that bar stools and counter stools are a kitchen designer's nemesis? Trying to find new ones, comfortable ones, etc. is a tall order. These are the most comfortable and versatile ones I've found that are backless. Don't be fooled by imitations, this one has a curved seat that makes it more comfy to sit without a back.
